Interim Customer Finance Manager Contract Length: 6 Months + Pay Rate: DOE Days: anywhere from X2 – X5 days p/w. Fully Remote (if you are situated nearby some office presence would be beneficial). Start Date: End of October Responsibilities: * Overseeing billing and collection for adult social care charges. * Dealing with adult social care customer transactions, customer financial assessments, payments to providers and collecting client contributions * Managing customer accounts and ensuring accurate financial records. * Leading the team responsible for income recovery and financial customer service (13 employees). * Supporting vulnerable residents with payment plans or hardship schemes. * Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
