Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals, market trends, and changing financial adviser landscape.
Provide coaching and ongoing development opportunities to team members, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
Build and maintain strong relationships with financial advisers, wealth managers, and other key stakeholders.
Monitor sales performance metrics, analyse data, and adjust strategies to optimise results.
Collaborate with internal teams on delivering excellent service and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Lead on strategic projects related to market expansion, product launches, and client engagement initiatives.
Requirements
Proven track record of successful sales management within the financial services or investment management sectors (life company for example)
Experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams within a regional or national capacity.
Strong understanding of the financial adviser landscape and current industry trends.
Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data and implement effective sales strategies.
