As a Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and managing the nursing and care teams
* Conducting clinical audits and ensuring excellent medicines management
* Lead by example, providing strong leadership and staff supervisions on the nursing floor
* Working full-time day shifts, 48 hours per week (4 days from 8am-8pm), mix of leading on the floor, and supernumerary time.
* Ensuring high standards of care for nursing, residential, and dementia residents
