* Salary: £25,000 - £27,500 DOE
* Hours: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday

The Role
As a Business Administrator supporting the New Business department, you will be the first point of contact for clients, handle research projects, coordinate documents, and perform general admin duties. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your career within a passionate team and make lasting connections.
Responsibilities
1. Support the New Business department, answer calls, and redirect inquiries appropriately.
2. Manage client queries and emails promptly and accurately.
3. Diary management.
4. Build relationships with external clients and internal teams.
5. Conduct research and handle ad hoc projects for clients.
6. Check, format, and execute documents thoroughly and accurately.
7. Perform reception duties.
8. Handle general administrative tasks and office organization.
About You
* Previous administration or customer service experience is beneficial.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with diverse individuals.
* Good prioritization skills.
* Proficient in MS Office.
* Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
