Veterans Inc., the largest provider of supportive services to Veterans and their families in New England, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team. Under the supervision of the Director of Special Projects, this role provides administrative support and clerical tasks to aid daily operations.
Responsibilities include:
* Assisting with all phases of projects from conception to completion.
* Coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
* Organizing kick-off meetings and maintaining project documentation.
* Tracking progress, researching, reporting, and managing project duties.
* Scheduling meetings with consultants, contractors, vendors, and funders.
* Maintaining SOPs, contracts, invoices, and payment records.
* Researching projects for informed decision-making.
* Creating documentation, meeting minutes, and updating project plans.
* Assisting with procurement and vendor management.
* Monitoring project status, highlighting risks, and proposing solutions.
* Ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
* Tracking expenses and supporting budget adherence.
* Assisting with grant-related tracking and reporting.
* Maintaining a system for project tracking.
* Supporting special initiatives and events.
Qualifications:
* Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field.
* At least one year of clerical or administrative experience.
* Successful completion of a background check.
* Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policy or valid exemption.
