What you’ll be doing
* Case Management- Handling a diverse caseload of litigated motor claims (Property Damage and Personal Injury) through to settlement or trial
* Technical- Drafting and reviewing court documents, witness statements, and instructions with high attention to detail
* Strategic Negotiation- Driving commercial outcomes through robust negotiation and effective management of panel solicitors
* Accurate Reserving- Ensuring financial exposure is correctly reflected at every stage of the litigation lifecycle
What we’re looking for
* Previous legal experience ideally within a motor insurance and claims environment
* Experience in dealing with personal injury would be an advantage
* Solid understanding of CPR, the MOJ Portal, and the litigation process
* Ability to provide clear, concise case updates to Andrew and wider stakeholders
* A proactive, "owner" mentality with a desire to sharpen your legal expertise in a fast‑paced environment
