Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Manager/Estimator to oversee and manage all aspects of contracts and administration within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and exceptional communication skills, ensuring that all contracts are executed efficiently and in accordance with company policies. This role requires a proactive approach to project management, particularly within the construction sector - A company vehicle is provided- This is an office and site based position
Duties
Preparing accurate estimates
Managing projects from award to completion
Overseeing project delivery budgets and timelines
liaising with clients suppliers and site teams
Ensuring compliance and health & safety
Qualifications
* Proven experience in contract management, preferably within the construction industry.
* Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving successful outcomes in complex discussions.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
* Exceptional time management skills, enabling prioritisation of tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and collaboration among diverse groups.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitating clear dialogue with stakeholders at all levels.
