Who We're Looking For
We're interested in hearing from Senior Solicitors with strong legal expertise. You must have in-depth post-qualification experience and the ability to manage your own caseload confidently.
This is an excellent opportunity for Solicitors who want to focus on fee earning and client relationships without the constraints of traditional partnership structures.

Essential Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Qualified Solicitor with current practising certificate – 5 years PQE Minimum
Proven experience within your Specialism/Area of Law
Demonstrable track record of successful case outcomes
Ability to demonstrate a genuine client following
Skills & Competencies
Excellent negotiation experience and skills
Outstanding oral and written communication abilities
Strong client care and relationship management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a specialist team
Efficient time management and organisational skills
Professional Knowledge
Thorough understanding of the obligations of working as a solicitor, including ethical responsibilities
Knowledge and proficient use of case management systems and IT
Personal Attributes
Commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients
Passionate about the legal industry and client advocacy
Approachable manner with ability to explain complex legal matters clearly
Tenacious and determined approach to casework
High standards of integrity and professionalism
