We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
* Assist in providing outstanding customer service at the front desk and throughout the establishment.
* Support social media management efforts by creating engaging content and interacting with our online community.
* Participate in various beauty services including eyelash extensions, deep tissue massage, and makeup application under supervision.
* Engage with guests to enhance their experience through effective communication and hospitality skills.
* Learn upselling techniques to promote additional services and products to clients.
* Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
* Attend training sessions and workshops to develop management skills and industry knowledge.
Requirements
* Level 2 qualified with a desire to progress to Level 3 Beauty or Holistics
* Strong communication skills with a passion for customer service.
* Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is advantageous but not essential.
* An interest in beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, and massage therapy is preferred.
* Ability to work well within a team and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
* A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and taking on responsibilities.
