Fantastic opportunity for a creative and passionate Sous Chef to support the running of this prestigious site based in the heart of the New Forest, Hampshire.
As the Sous Chef, you will be responsible for:
* supporting the Head Chef with the running of the kitchen and all food produced
* creating and producing exceptional menus using fresh seasonal ingredients
* leading, managing, and training the team, as well as working as a team player
* managing stock, wastage, budget, and food consistency
Working hours are 5/7 days. Due to the location, all applicants must have their own transport.

* an enthusiastic Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie with a proven work history
* genuinely passionate about exceptional food and ingredients
* able to lead, manage, and motivate a team, and work as a team player
* financially aware with an understanding of costings
* attentive to detail with an exceptional eye for presentation
* able to resolve any issues in a logical and practical manner
* able to work under pressure whilst remaining calm and reasonable
* flexible and willing with a positive, can-do attitude
