Our client is a Charity that take on historic places in danger and carefully and sensitively restore them and they require a Database and Team Administrator to work this pivotal role in the Development Office which supports the functions of a successful fundraising team of seven.
This position would suit a well-organised team administrator with strong numerical and IT skillset, who is comfortable working with customer databases and MS Office.
A significant part of the role involves using a supporter database (Salesforce) for financial recording and thanking of donations and other transactions, as well as keeping supporter details updated.
As the initial point of contact for donor enquiries, you should be confident using the telephone, and preparing your own letters and emails.
You will also provide administrative support to other team members, including extracting data from Salesforce for mailing appeals and event invitations.
No previous fundraising experience is necessary but you should be able to demonstrate similar experience, as well as an interest in working for a heritage charity.
Training will be given on the Salesforce database.
You will need to be a driver due to a rural location and available to start 1st June.
