Pay and Benefits
As one of our Junior Sous Chefs, you could get on target earnings of between £15.60 - £16 per hour. The breakdown is:
* Hourly rate of £12.60 - £13 per hour depending on experience
* Estimated tronc of £3 per hour

Responsibilities
* You must have experience in cooking and preparing from fresh in high volumes and be very organised.
* You should have a mixed branded and independent background when possible.
* You must be able to motivate and lead a kitchen brigade in the Head Chefs absence.
* You must be able to communicate with all other team members up and down the ladder and cement a strong FOH & BOH relationship.
Qualifications and Requirements
