Responsibilities
* Support the Adviser with all duties, helping prioritise their day and ensuring duties are discharged in a timely and efficient manner.
* Diary management, appointment booking, liaising with clients, office suppliers and stakeholders.
* Organise and participate in networking events; assist with community involvement and event hosting.
* Provide ad hoc support to other executives during busy periods.
Qualifications and skills
* Experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably within financial services.
* No specialist financial knowledge is required, but understanding of finance-related terms and products (e.g., pensions, investments, basic retirement planning) is highly beneficial.
* Organised, approachable with excellent communication skills.

Clients hold investment assets ranging from £300k to £1m+ and the firm prides itself on high-quality service and referral-driven new business.
