Flowering Shrubs Nursery, is on the lookout for enthusiastic and motivated Level 2/3 Qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our vibrant Flowering Shrubs team This is a fantastic opportunity to work term-time in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Your Responsibilities:
* Be a positive role model, encouraging children's growth through praise and support.
* Deliver engaging learning programs tailored to individual needs.
* Observe, record, and communicate children's progress to parents/carers.
* Foster strong relationships with parents and ensure they feel welcomed.
* Create a stimulating environment that sparks children's curiosity.
* Monitor children's health and well-being, participating as a key worker where needed.
* Maintain confidentiality and oversee the upkeep of equipment and resources.
Who We're Looking For:
* You hold a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare and have prior nursery experience.
* You are confident, driven, and most importantly, passionate about childcare.
* You're committed to creating a positive and inclusive environment for all children.
