We are looking for a skilled CNC Machinist / Toolmaker to join our team, working in a modern, well-equipped environment on low-volume, high-precision components..
The role:
* Machining complex parts to extremely tight tolerances
* Working on small batches and one-off components
* Setting and operating CNC milling and/or turning centres
* Supporting continuous improvement in quality and processes
Our workshop:
* Excellent working environment
* Modern CNC machines including 5-axis Mikron, 5-axis Index, Mazak and Mori Seiki
* Clean, organised, high-spec facility focused on quality, not volume
What were looking for:
* Experience in precision machining or toolmaking
* Ability to work to micron-level tolerances
* A strong eye for detail and pride in high-quality work
* Background in aerospace, motorsport, medical or similar precision industries beneficial
What we offer:
* £35,000 £50,000 depending on experience and capability
* 38-hour week: MondayThursday 8:0016:30, Friday 8:0014:30
* Optional overtime xsngvjr available
* No high-volume production work
* Ongoing training and upskilling, including CAD/CAM and 5-axis machining
