Field Sales Executive in South Yorkshire £45,000–£50,000 £35k-£40k Realistic OTE Year 1 Car Allowance The Role As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll be building relationships with retailers, e-commerce brands, and high-street vendors - any business that ships parcels at volume whilst backed by a reliable management team. If motivated, resilient, and hungry to learn, this role gives you autonomy, support, and the opportunity to progress into more senior roles as you grow with the business. Responsibilities Develop and manage your own prospect pipeline to hit monthly/quarterly sales targets. Drive new business across retail and e-commerce sectors. Record and manage sales activity in CRM. Onboard clients quickly and ensure smooth go-live. Provide clients with tools and training to self-serve effectively. Monitor client performance and resolve escalations. Collaborate with local operations teams to ensure service excellence. About You Excellent communication skills (written & verbal). Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office). Ambitious, motivated, and target-driven. Team player who can also work independently. 1 year Field Sales experience Experience in the Logistics space Full UK driving license.
