Job Title: Building Services AC Engineer

Job Summary
We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Building Services AC Engineer to join our client’s on-site engineering team at a large mixed-use commercial scheme in Birmingham.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and servicing AC and associated building services across multiple commercial areas within the site. If you’re a reliable, technically skilled engineer who enjoys working in a static environment with a strong team around you, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll be joining an established team of 5 on-site engineers, expanding to 6, and will play a key role in maintaining a high standard of service delivery across the scheme.
Key Responsibilities
• Planned and reactive maintenance of AC and building services systems
• Carrying out PPMs in line with site requirements
• Ensuring compliance with SFG20 standards
• Accurate record keeping and completion of logbooks
• Supporting the wider on-site engineering team
Requirements
• Recognised AC / Building Services qualification
• Proven experience working within commercial environments
• Experience with PPM and reactive maintenance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Right to work in the UK
What’s on Offer
• £40,000 annual salary

• Call-out rota 1 in 4
• £100 per month call-out allowance (£1,200 per year)
• Overtime paid at time and a half
• Sundays & Bank Holidays paid at double time
