Hunter Adams are delighted to supporting our oil & gas client with sourcing a part time HR Advisor to to join their team. In this role you will support a varied client group in a generalist capacity.
You will support managers and teams with complex employee relations, change management processes such as redundancy and TUPE. Strong communication skills and knowledge of people practices and UK law are essential, along with Trade Union experience.
This is a part time role - 20 hours per week.
