Your new role
This role sits within a busy and expanding team. You will work Monday–Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 (and finish at 16:00 on a Friday). In this role you will be responsible for the following:
1. Trackingpany resource allocation and contractors' hours of work
2. Administration support with variouspany contracts
3. Assisting with invoices and applications for payments
4. pilingpany-specific reports
5. Maintaining appropriate filing systems
6. Managing office requirements
7. Handling iing and outgoing correspondence and telephone calls
8. Managing paperwork
9. Covering reception
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have the following:
10. A minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative position
11. Strong IT skills - particularly in Microsoft Excel
12. Ability to work independently and take initiatives
13. Strong organisational skills
14. Excellentmunication skills
15. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
