I am looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Advisor to join my client's team and support the continued growth of a successful, customer-centric retail business.
As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting managers and colleagues across all areas of the business. Reporting into the Head of HR, you'll provide expert guidance on a broad range of HR matters, helping to maintain a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
Job Role
1. Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and best practices
2. Support recruitment processes, from drafting job descriptions to coordinating interviews and onboarding new starters
3. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects
4. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation
5. Monitor and support employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives
6. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
About You
* CIPD Level 3 Qualified as a minimum
* Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
* Experience advising on ER matters in a generalist HR role
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach
* Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
* A genuine passion for people and creating positive workplace experiences
