We’re seeking a First Aid Instructor to join our client based up in Aberdeen.
This role involves delivering accredited first aid and medical response courses to a diverse range of learners professionally and engagingly.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a suite of accredited first aid and medical training courses.
* Support learners throughout their training journey.
* Participate in standardisation and professional development activities.
* Mentor trainee instructors and contribute to course development.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
* Collaborate with the team to improve and expand training offerings.

Preferred Qualifications
* Medical Practitioner, Nurse, or Paramedic certification
* Valid HSE or SQA First Aid certificate
* Recognised Assessor qualification
* Level 3 Teaching Qualification
* IOSH Managing Safely
* FREC Level 3 or 4
* Mental Health First Aid certification
Desirable Experience
* Offshore emergency response or ERRV crew experience
* Knowledge of prehospital care practices
