Salary: £25,936.00 - £30,000.00 per year.
Location: Hurn or Blandford Office. Position: Permanent.
Responsibilities
- Receive work orders and schedule work diaries for trades staff to complete repairs and maintenance for residents.
- Liaise with trade staff and other repair staff to ensure all appointment targets are met and communicate with residents about scheduled works.
- Deliver the right outcome for our customers.
- Act as the first point of contact within your area for business partners.
- Assist with complaint and query resolution.
- Manage diary and booking schedules for the team.
- Complete required administration tasks.
- Seek opportunities to improve performance and offer solutions.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and business stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Solid experience in administration within a busy, customer‑focused role.
- Some understanding of building maintenance terminology (preferred).
- Experience using multiple computer systems.
- Ability to manage your own workload.
- Strong customer service focus and confident telephone manner.
- Ability to think quickly and clearly and work well under pressure.
- Empathy and passion for helping people.
