The role

Salary: £25,936.00 - £30,000.00 per year.

Location: Hurn or Blandford Office. Position: Permanent.

Responsibilities

  • Receive work orders and schedule work diaries for trades staff to complete repairs and maintenance for residents.
  • Liaise with trade staff and other repair staff to ensure all appointment targets are met and communicate with residents about scheduled works.
  • Deliver the right outcome for our customers.
  • Act as the first point of contact within your area for business partners.
  • Assist with complaint and query resolution.
  • Manage diary and booking schedules for the team.
  • Complete required administration tasks.
  • Seek opportunities to improve performance and offer solutions.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Solid experience in administration within a busy, customer‑focused role.
  • Some understanding of building maintenance terminology (preferred).
  • Experience using multiple computer systems.
  • Ability to manage your own workload.
  • Strong customer service focus and confident telephone manner.
  • Ability to think quickly and clearly and work well under pressure.
  • Empathy and passion for helping people.
