The Role
You will work within a busy administration team as a Purchasing Administrator at a location based in Telford. The role involves raising purchase orders, verifying supplier information, ensuring correct pricing and discounts, and confirming delivery dates. You will collaborate with suppliers to obtain quotes, check lead times, and maintain strong relationships within the supply chain.
The Person
We seek a good communicator with strong administration skills, organization, and IT literacy. Knowledge of financial accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage 50 is preferred but not essential. Candidates with experience as an Administrator, Sales Support Administrator, Supply Chain Coordinator, or Accounts Payable Assistant are relevant. The ideal candidate will demonstrate IT proficiency, administrative experience, and supplier liaison skills.
