Role Overview
Business Development Manager – selling into hotels
Area
South Coast / Reading (must live within 1.5 hours of Southampton)
Responsibilities
* Field/home‑based business development and field sales.
* Target 10‑bedroom plus hotels and regional hotel chains in the region, selling a leading range of facilities services.
* Engage with key decision makers: Head of Housekeeping, F&B Managers, General Managers, Hotel Managers and Owners.
* Self‑generate appointments and build a pipeline.
* Identify and target the right market customers for a high‑demand essential service.
* Earn a high on‑target earnings (OTE) – average earnings £60k, top performers over £80k.

Qualifications
* B2B field sales experience selling into hotels/hospitality (e.g., service contracts, food service, products, SaaS).
* New business hunter / business development manager.
* Excellent prospector and closer.
