Are you a proactive, organised individual with a passion for customer service and sales support? Our client, a growing and dynamic company based near Tadley, Hampshire, is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their friendly and professional team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills within a busy and ever-changing sales environment. For the right candidate, the company can offer career progression.
Please note: Due to the rural location of the office, reliable transport is essential.
This is an office-based role working Monday – Friday.
Key duties:
* Building and nurturing relationships with existing customers.
* Preparing and sending tailored quotations based on client needs.
* Following up on quotes to help convert opportunities into sales.
* Processing customer orders accurately and coordinating with the logistics team.
* Responding to incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, or CRM.
* Maintaining a high level of service and support for all customers.
* Qualifying leads and assisting in turning them into active sales opportunities.
* Keeping the CRM system updated with all customer interactions and sales activity.
* Assisting with sales reports, forecasting, and updating the sales pipeline.
* Taking part in team meetings and ongoing sales training.
What We’re Looking For:
* A self-motivated and confident communicator, comfortable speaking with customers.
* A team player with strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
* Someone who is eager to learn and open to developing into a more senior sales role
