Job Summary
Care Assistants will provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring dignity, comfort, and engagement. The role requires compassion, strong communication skills, and flexibility to meet residents’ needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist residents with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and mobility
* Support residents with meals, hydration, and dietary needs
* Encourage participation in activities and social interaction
* Monitor residents’ health and well-being, reporting changes promptly
* Provide companionship and emotional support
* Document care activities accurately and communicate with team members
* Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing environment
* Participate in ongoing training and development
Candidate Requirements
* Compassionate and proactive attitude
* Genuine interest in health and social care (experience desirable but not essential)
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Flexibility to work early shifts and adapt to residents’ needs
* £12.28 per hour
