Aker Solutions are looking for an Electrical Technical Authority for East Anglia 3. The role has been determined as outside of IR35.
Responsibilities
* Provide discipline oversight and assurance for all electrical Low Voltage systems during the Hook-Up and Commissioning (HUC) phase of EA3
* Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and company standards while supporting safe and efficient energization and commissioning
Qualifications
* 10+ years in offshore electrical commissioning, including HUC phases
* Proven track record in energization and troubleshooting of HV/LV systems
* Certifications: CompEx Ex01-Ex04 (Hazardous Area Electrical)
* HV Switching Authorization (up to 11kV). (desired)
* Knowledge: IEC standards, ATEX compliance, hazardous area installation. Electrical protection and control systems
* (Degree preferred but not essential).
