You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 100-120 properties, dealing with tenancy queries, renewals and maintenance. Therefore, you should have at least 2 years’ experience as a Property Manager to be considered for this role, as well as excellent administration skills, and a professional and mature approach to work. Personal specifications:
* Experience within residential property management
* Strong organisational skills
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Confident in dealing with clients
* Computer literate
* Able to multi-task and prioritise workload
* ARLA qualification would be considered an advantage
* Full UK driving licence would be preferred but is not essential.
The position will pay a salary in the region of £35,000, depending on the level of experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. A pooled car is available. Properties are local, so public transport can be used if necessary.
