What You'll Be Doing:
* Overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, stock control, and planning
* Working closely with production to ensure seamless flow of materials and delivery schedules
* Managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and identifying new sourcing opportunities
* Implementing efficient processes and systems to support growth and reduce waste
* Collaborating with group-level stakeholders to align local strategy with broader business goals
* Driving change, leading improvements, and making a genuine difference in how we operate
We're Looking For Someone Who:
* Brings 3–5+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics management (manufacturing or printing experience a strong plus)
* Is proactive, energetic, and thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
* Has excellent organisational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
* Can confidently lead cross-functional projects and communicate at all level
