Here at GXO, we’re looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our Corby Shared User site, supporting our Tech & Consumer Goods operation. You’ll be responsible for leading and motivating colleagues, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality warehouse performance across your shift.
This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, on a rotational shift pattern 6-2/2-10.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Lead, motivate and support your warehouse team to meet customer requirements and quality standards
* Manage daily workloads, ensuring targets, KPIs and delivery deadlines are consistently achieved
* Maintain accurate records, ensuring all paperwork, SOPs and system processes are followed
* Communicate effectively with colleagues, customers and managers to support smooth operations
* Ensure all health & safety, quality and compliance standards are adhered to

* Previous leadership or team-leading experience within a warehouse environment
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to motivate and engage teams to deliver strong performance
* Strong IT skills and comfort using warehouse systems
* A proactive, flexible and resilient approach in a fast-moving operation
