Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Consultant located in the City of Nottingham. The expereinced Human Resources Consultant will be responsible for overseeing HR activities, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The consultant will also provide strategic guidance to improve the organisation's HR functions and support overall business goals. IT skills will also be an advantage.
Qualifications
* Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
* Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
* Employee Relations skills
* Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site setting
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
* Previous experience in the healthcare or home care industry is a plus
