Job Description:
We are currently looking for an experienced Pipefitter to join our team on a student accommodation build in Smethwick, Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and fitting pipework systems to a high standard as part of a large-scale M&E package.
Key Responsibilities:
* Installation of screwed, copper, and plastic pipework
* Working from technical drawings and site plans
* Coordinating with other trades and supervisors on-site
* Ensuring all work complies with health & safety regulations and site standards
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Pipefitter on commercial or residential builds
* Ability to read and work from drawings
* CSCS/Skill Card (Plumbing or Pipefitting)
* Own tools and PPE
* Immediate availability
