A leading IT support company is looking for Service Desk Analysts to provide first line technical support to over 65,000 colleagues at NatWest Group. You will support colleagues via web-chat and telephone while working from home four days a week. This position offers a day rate of £132.33 plus overtime and shift allowance, with the opportunity to secure a permanent role based on performance after 8 weeks of paid training.
