Tutoring Manager:
Our client are excited to announce this new opportunity with their client. As the new Tutoring Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership, direction, and management of the tutoring service, with a focus on strategic management, operational efficiency, business development, and staff management.
The Tutoring Manager will be expected to have the knowledge, skills, and experience to drive the performance of their service and support the division in achieving excellence.
Responsibilities of Appointment:
* Monitor and support the team’s performance and provide opportunities for development, ensuring compliance with industry standards, continuous professional development, and appropriate training requirements.
* Ensure the tutoring service is compliant with all company policies, procedures, current sector guidance and legislation, as well as any relevant Local Authority policies and guidance.
* Actively promote and ensure that students' individual needs are met, with progress documented and reported to commissioning Local Authorities or other interested parties.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues in finance and the Education Director to ensure that budgets are appropriately set and effectively managed.
* Implement robust systems and technologies to offer innovative tuition.
* Stay aware of local and national competitors for the service and recommend and implement changes to services in line with best practices and the current local context.
* Work with the Commercial team and Case Managers to proactively market the service to external parties and ensure that company policies and procedures are followed in marketing activities.
