Responsibilities Lead a team to meet standards of safety and quality
Manage job site activities, being mindful of schedule and budget
Communicate changes and updates with the project team, customers, and subcontractors
Operate heavy equipment including excavators, loaders, dozers, compactors, and skid steers
Perform general labor surrounding site development, including concrete work, land clearing, grading, cast-in-place concrete, underground utilities, and landscaping
Assist with equipment maintenance
Document project information both written and digital
Teach and mentor crew members
Follow OSHA rules and regulations
QUALIFICATIONS
Licenses and Certification
Valid CDL driver’s license
OSHA 30 certification
Experience
5+ years working on similar construction projects
2+ years in a similar role
