Customer Services Executive
Hybrid – Office based in Polegate (hybrid working will be offered once fully trained)
Working hours: Mon – Friday, 37.5 hrs per week (either 8:30 – 5:00 pm or 9:00 am – 5:30 pm shift)
Atlas Recruitment Group is currently recruiting an experienced Customer Services Executive with an advanced admin background to join an established, global professional team. You will provide excellent customer service, managing all requests and issues, including dispatch responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service at all times.
* Accurately input information into the service management system.
* Raise customer quotes and obtain purchase orders for chargeable jobs.
* Regularly check job progress to meet service level agreements.
* Provide phone support to engineers in the field.
* Work towards departmental KPIs and company goals.
* Comply with the company’s ISO business procedures.
* Log information into external customer portals as required.
* Manage all mailboxes as needed.
* Schedule and allocate engineer’s work efficiently, ensuring proper skill matching and H&S compliance.
* Handle travel arrangements and hotel bookings, maintaining cost efficiency.
* Raise job numbers for service installs and future work, updating the company database.
* Keep spreadsheets updated with machine details and address changes.
* Coordinate with engineers regarding upcoming work.
* Maintain feedback with team leaders to ensure effective scheduling.
