We're Hiring: Freelance Site Manager
Location: Northwest / Nationwide
Sectors: Commercial
Dayrate: £300 per day
Duration: Ongoing work - projects 3-4 months each/ temp-to-perm opportunity.
We are looking for a Freelance Site Manager's for a main contractor for many upcoming projects across the Northwest and nationwide starting in the next 1-2 months. Projects are varying from retail, to MOJ, supermarkets, leisure etc. We are getting potential candidates in for interviews and onboarding ready to start when the projects go live.
Duties as a Freelance Site Manager:
* Oversee upcoming commercial projects
* Work alongside Project Director daily
* Ensure projects are on-time and to client spec
* Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
* Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives
* Liaise with client regularly
Required Qualifications/Experience as a Freelance Site Manager
1. Experience as a Site Manager (tier 1 experience or experience in commercial)
2. CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, any other certs you may have
