We’re a family business through and through – family owned, family run, with a warm family welcome for guests and team alike. Our seven hotels are unique (quirky even) and set in three stunning Scottish locations. Some are big, some are small but all offer good food & drink, great beds and a ton of things to do.

Pretty much in the centre of Scotland, we’re set in a 900-acre estate in stunning Perthshire. Home from home, we’ve been welcoming generations of families for 150 years. We have 215 hotel bedrooms, 55 self-catering lodges, six restaurants and over 60 onsite activities– there really is something for everyone!

About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in running successful digital marketing campaigns, a pro at digital analytics, and a passion for making a meaningful impact. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies across these channels, driving growth and maximising our online presence.

Our mission is to create memories for our guests that last forever. The digital world is always changing, so we need someone at the forefront to help us move and change with it, bringing creative ideas to the table and executing engaging content.

Here’s a little insight into your new role:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies focused on PPC, SEO, and Paid Social to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and increase revenue.
2. Work in conjunction with our external partners to conduct keyword research, manage PPC campaigns, and optimise bidding strategies to maximise ROI and drive targeted traffic to our website.
3. Optimise website content and technical aspects to improve organic search visibility, ranking, and overall SEO performance.
4. Plan and execute engaging Paid Social campaigns on various platforms, targeting relevant audiences and maximising ad performance.
5. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, PPC, SEO, and Paid Social, and incorporate them into our strategies.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with organizational goals and initiatives.
7. Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing campaigns.
8. Manage a small team and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering their growth and development within the organisation.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as Digital Marketing Manager or similar role. Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
* In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media platforms, email marketing software, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
* Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns with measurable results.
* Excellent team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analytics tools to extract insights and make data-driven decisions.
* Strong project management skills, including prioritising tasks, managing budgets, and meeting deadlines.
