A Part Time Accountant position has become available for a dynamic and growing accountancy practice in Stoke on Trent. This firm provides high-quality financial services to their clients. They specialize in serving sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies, offering comprehensive accounting solutions tailored to their needs.
Job Description:
* Prepare accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
* Complete Self-Assessment and Corporation Tax returns accurately and in a timely manner.
* Provide training and support to junior team members to ensure their professional development.
Candidate requirements include:
* 3 years’ experience in a UK accountancy practice desirable.
* Knowledge of Xero and Digita suite preferred.
* Enthusiastic about delivering high-quality service to clients.
* Strong time management and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.
* Methodical and logical thinking abilities.
* Keen attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
* Professional accounting qualifications such as AAT or part-qualified ACCA.
This role is commutable from: Uttoxeter, Stafford, Rugeley, Stoke on Trent, Stone.
The role would suit candidates with the following experience: Junior Accountant, Accountant, Semi Senior Accountant.
