Are you an experienced Physiotherapist looking to make a meaningful impact in elite sport? We are seeking a proactive clinician to join our Performance Support Team, providing world-class care to approximately 20 Paracanoe and Canoe Sprint athletes.

What the Role Involves
As our Physiotherapist, you will go beyond traditional injury management. You will be the "engine room" of athlete health, delivering strategies that minimise time-loss and maximise on-water performance.
Your core responsibilities include:
Specialist Care: Provide musculoskeletal assessment, diagnostics, and rehabilitation to improve 'return to performance' outcomes.
Performance Optimisation: Work alongside coaches and the Senior Physiotherapist to deliver rehabilitation, travel, and life-load optimisation strategies.
Collaborative Planning: Align therapy services with technical "block" goals and athlete profiling to optimise future program delivery.
Health Intelligence: Manage surveillance systems to extract insights, produce weekly health updates, and inform injury mitigation approaches.
Front-Line Support: Work independently at training camps and competitions, making autonomous triage and primary care decisions.
About You
We are looking for a clinician who is a master of the details and thrives in a high-performance environment. You’ll need:
Proven Clinical Experience: A minimum of 2–4 years post-graduate experience in specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapy, ideally within sporting populations.
Technical Expertise: Strong clinical reasoning, manual therapy skills, and knowledge of injury screening and recovery strategies.
Superb Communication: The ability to build trust quickly, listen to athlete needs, and appropriately challenge established thinking.
Adaptability: Comfortable making effective decisions under pressure and managing a diverse portfolio of complex medical presentations.
Qualifications: A Degree in Physiotherapy, HCPC registration, and MCSP membership are essential.
