We are searching for a motivated and technically excellent Accounts Semi Senior to support the company at a period of sustained growth.
The role will suit an ambitious individual who has worked within an accountancy practice for at least 2 years, is studying towards your CTA/ACA/ACCA and has experience preparing statutory accounts, Corporation Tax and VAT returns.
The office is easily accessible being located just a few minutes off the M5 and the role comes with a number of benefits such as flexible working, study assistance, pension contributions and a yearly bonus.
Responsibilities
* Being responsible for own portfolio of clients,
* Preparing statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships, limited liability partnerships and limited companies,
* Preparing self-assessment tax returns for individuals, partnerships and trusts,
* Preparing Corporation Tax returns for limited companies,
* Preparing VAT returns for individuals, partnerships and limited companies,
* Maintaining tax records for our clients and ensuring all account and tax returns are submitted on time,
* Dealing with client and HMRC enquiries,
* Supporting the management team with any client advisory work.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,500.00-£35,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 21 – 35 per week
