Curriculum Administrator
Salary: £26,403 - £28,142 (Grade 4)
Hours: 1 post - 18.5 per week / 1 post - 22.2 hours per week
Contract type: full time, permanent

We have an exciting opportunity for two part‑time Curriculum Administrators to join our dedicated Data Team.
Qualifications
Successful candidates will hold a business administration qualification at level 3 or above, a minimum of GCSE or equivalent in English and maths and Level 2 ICT qualification. Experience in the use of large MIS systems, handling large amounts of personal data and producing reports is required. Preference for experience of educational data and supporting Curriculum staff and students throughout the enrolment process.
Responsibilities and Skills
You must demonstrate a good understanding of data handling and entry, customer service, and the ability to work effectively and accurately toward deadlines both individually and as part of a team. Knowledge and experience of adult learning, funding and monitoring is preferable. Effective communication with colleagues and customers and excellent customer service are essential.
Working hours will be across the year and may include support for evening and Saturday enrolment events. Holidays are in agreement with your line manager.
As part of the interview process, a short accuracy activity will be required.
