One of our largest clients is experiencing strong growth, and we’re looking for a Change & Release Manager to bring structure, control, and confidence to change delivery across a complex, multi-market platform.
You’ll sit at the heart of the business, owning end-to-end change and release management and ensuring every update, from content to configuration to platform changes, lands smoothly, securely, and compliantly.
Key responsibilities include:
* Owning and evolving change management across all interactive markets
* Providing final sign-off for changes and releases
* Planning and coordinating releases to minimise disruption
* Line managing a remote team of Release Engineers overseas
* Leading audits and ensuring strong governance & compliance
* Driving process improvements and advising senior leadership
* Working closely with product, content, technology, and market teams
* Maintaining clear documentation and reporting
What we’re looking for
* 2+ years in a similar Change / Release role
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Confident with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Location: West Midlands- Hybrid Working
Salary: £50k
