Key Responsibilities: Input customer orders accurately into the system Prepare and issue customer quotations Provide proof of delivery (POD) documentation Liaise with a wide customer base regarding products and services Book in stock deliveries and manage inventory records Prepare export paperwork for Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland Essential Requirements: AS400 system experience is a must Strong command of the English language for professional communication Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills Willingness to assist with various administrative and team tasks Preferred Skills: Prior experience in a sales office environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word What We Offer: Pension scheme 20 days annual leave bank holidays Additional holiday for each year of service (up to 5 extra days) Early finish on Fridays ADZN1_UKTJ
