About the Role

The European Account Manager will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

* Client Relationship Management: Assist in managing a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
* Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to client needs.
* Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for Amino's solutions.
* Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems, manage client communications, and ensure timely follow-ups.
* Customer Engagement: Support the delivery of customer onboarding, training sessions, and product demonstrations.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to deliver an excellent customer experience.
* Target Achievement: Contribute to achieving revenue targets and KPIs through upselling, cross-selling, and supporting new business development initiatives.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
* 1-2 years of experience in account management, sales, or a customer-facing role (experience in the technology or digital video industry is a plus).
* Interest in or familiarity with digital video solutions, connected TV devices, or related technologies is a plus.

* Excellent communication, both verbal and written, skills with the ability to confidently interact with individuals from all levels within the organisation, external customers and suppliers - face to face, by telephone, email or otherwise.

* Highly organised and able to follow procedures and recommend/implement improvements.
* Actively seeks opportunities to innovate, improve processes and improve cost efficiencies.
* Good diagnostic and strong problem-solving skills.
* Able to prepare and/or present accurate and detailed information.
* Demonstrates professionalism, integrity and respect for others and their roles.
* Strong team player who is effective at collaborating with others and equally comfortable working alone.
* Ability to identify client needs and propose effective solutions, with the ability to cope with a fast pace of customer requirements and technology change.
* Committed to continued personal growth and the development of others through sharing knowledge and ideas.
* Self-aware with a values driven mind-set applying the company values.

Preferred Skills

* Experience in the technology or digital video industry.
* Familiarity with digital video solutions and connected TV devices.
