About the Role
The European Account Manager will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration.
Responsibilities
* Client Relationship Management: Assist in managing a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
* Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to client needs.
* Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for Amino's solutions.
* Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems, manage client communications, and ensure timely follow-ups.
* Customer Engagement: Support the delivery of customer onboarding, training sessions, and product demonstrations.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to deliver an excellent customer experience.
* Target Achievement: Contribute to achieving revenue targets and KPIs through upselling, cross-selling, and supporting new business development initiatives.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
* 1-2 years of experience in account management, sales, or a customer-facing role (experience in the technology or digital video industry is a plus).
* Interest in or familiarity with digital video solutions, connected TV devices, or related technologies is a plus.
