About the Role
As our Area Sales Manager for South London/South East, you’ll be the face of Bostik in your territory, driving profitable growth through our trade customer base—including independents, buying groups, and national merchants like Travis Perkins, Selco, and STARK. You’ll lead field-level execution, champion new product launches, and ensure our brand shines on every shelf.
What You’ll Be Doing
🔹 Visiting key accounts daily to build trusted relationships and drive commercial conversations
🔹 Managing your territory with a clear plan focused on growth and margin
🔹 Ensuring range compliance, stock visibility, and promotional execution
