Job Title: Team Manager - Children's Services
Location - Redbridge
Rate: £29.38 hour PAYE/£37.71 umbrella

About the Role:
As the Team Manager for Children's Services, you will lead a dynamic team committed to providing exceptional support to children and their families. Your role will be pivotal in shaping and enhancing the quality of services provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative environment.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve service delivery.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practices.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including families, schools, and external agencies.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a management role within children's services/Youth Justice/Probation/Police
Strong understanding of child welfare legislation and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their best.
A compassionate approach with a genuine desire to support children and families.
