We are looking for a Deputy Manager who can support the Registered Manager in the daily running of the home, ensuring that our young people are having the opportunity to thrive and their individual needs being met. The role of Deputy Manager is also to ensure that the home operates within policies and regulations.
Expectations:
· Assist the Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the home.
· Provide leadership and guidance to the staff team.
· Supervise and support the staff team, giving them opportunities for development within Rise Care.
· Coordinate with professionals to ensure our Young People receive appropriate support
· Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and standards

What we are looking for:
· An Experienced Senior Residential Support Worker Qualified with the QCF Level 3 Children & Young People
· Strong leadership and supervisory skills
· Someone who wants to enrich young people's lives and support them to thrive & achieve their goals
· Ability to develop and implement support strategies based on the individual young person.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Full UK Driving Licence
· A strong work ethic, flexibility, self-motivation
· The ability to see past challenging behaviours and give genuine support and compassion
