Plasterer Multiskilled (241056)
Working Location: Across properties in Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire (including Peterborough, Corby, Kettering, Northampton, and Milton Keynes)
Position Type: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with on-call rota)
Salary and Benefits: Circa £36,711 per annum plus a van, generous on-call allowance, and benefits including Health Cash Plan

Typical Day as a Plasterer
1. Complete all assigned jobs right first time, adopting a whole job repair approach.
2. Carry out plastering works related to repairs, maintenance, and refurbishments.
3. Deliver high-quality, compliant work.
4. Utilize multi-skilling to improve first-time fixes and reduce repeat visits.
5. Work across properties in specified regions, with scheduled jobs ensuring clarity on locations.

Requirements
* City and Guilds NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in plastering/tiling, or demonstrable experience.
* Experience in domestic housing plastering.
* Additional skills in other building trades are desirable.
* Flexible, proactive, and able to use initiative.
* Valid full driving license; company van provided for work and commuting.

Job Details
1. Work hours are Monday to Friday, with participation in an out-of-hours rota and additional on-call payments.
2. Work locations include properties across Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, and the Northampton office base.
3. Proficiency with technology for logging jobs, online learning, and collaboration is required.
4. A Basic DBS check will be conducted, paid for by us.
