Supporting our Health and Safety team, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting essential safety processes across the organisation. While contributing to day-to-day administrative tasks, you'll also work towards a recognised qualification and develop key skills in communication, organisation, and customer service.
What you will be doing
* Inbox monitoring, meeting coordination, and minute-taking
* Managing correspondence, updating records, and handling queries
* Maintaining accurate databases for inspections, audits, risk assessments and training.
* Organising and maintaining filing systems
* Supporting incident reporting and compliance documentation
* Coordinating training sessions, booking meeting rooms and venues
* Assisting the Assistant Health and Safety Advisor with tracking incidents, performance reporting, RIDDOR processes, and occupational health coordination
What we are looking for;
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Confident user of IT applications, supporting effective administration and task management.
* Five GCSEs at minimum Grade C / 4 or equivalent including Maths and English
